On February 20, 2026, H.E. Dr. Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Romania, warmly welcomed Ambassador (p) Savuica and highly appreciated his kind gesture to pay a courtesy call on him, which was followed by a very pleasant, friendly and fruitful exchange of views on matters of common interests.

Ambassador (p) Savuica congratulated Ambassador Mohapatra for his newly and very important  diplomatic mandate and, wished him full success in all his desired and dedicated multiple and substantial endeavors to further strengthening the bilateral relations, so happily, existing between Romania and India.  

The two interlocutors have agreed that the cordial relationship between the Embassy of India in Bucharest and IRSEA has the potential to be upgraded through different ways of mutual cooperation.
