On March 11, 2025, the Founder and President of the Romanian Institute for Europe-Asia Studies (IRSEA), Ambassador (p) Gheorghe Savuica, had his first official meeting with H.E. Noel Servigon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to Romania.

The event took place in a cordial atmosphere at IRSEA Headquarters. Ambassador (p) Savuica evoked his excellent memories as Head of the Mission to the Philippines.

The two highly experienced diplomats enjoyed a friendly exchange of views on a broad range of matters of interest.

At the end of their meeting, Ambassador (p) Savuica conveyed his appreciation to Ambassador Servigon for his reach and productive diplomatic expertise and wished him great success in all his assumed endeavors and devoted energy to further strengthening the robust bilateral relations so happily existing between Romania and the Republic of the Philippines.
