In his brief remarks, H.E. Ambassador Gheorghe Savuica, President & Founder of IRSEA, stressed Romania’s efforts to provide humanitarian relief, while commenting on the nefarious and unpredictable character of the on-going conflict, not only for the involved parties, but at global level.
NIICE – one of IRSEA’s most recent partners – is an independent, apolitical and non-partisan think tank based in Nepal. It believes in freedom, democracy and a world free from conflict. NIICE envisions a world where sources of insecurity are identified and understood, conflicts are prevented or resolved, and peace is advocated.
